MICHAEL DENIOUS, Attorney

I have been admitted to practice in Arizona since 1994, and have been certified as a real estate specialist by the State Bar of Arizona since 2004.


I represent real estate investors, developers, contractors, mortgage lenders and mortgage brokers, and real estate agents and brokers.  My practice emphasizes real estate matters, including real estate transactions and development, loan transactions, entity formations, foreclosures/trustee’s sales, and real estate litigation.


Prior to being in private practice, I was an Assistant Attorney General with the Arizona Attorney General's Office.  I represented state agencies including the Arizona Department of Real Estate, the Department of Insurance, and the (former) Department of Financial Institutions. 

DEE STEADMAN, Practice Coordinator

Ms. Dee Steadman is my practice coordinator.  She handles various matters including initial client intake / consultations, appointments, accounts and billing, document preparation and filings, and litigation and transaction support.


Dee has extensive experience in the legal industry.  Her prior employment includes large law firms, government offices, and the State Bar of Arizona.  She has also served as a Judicial Assistant in the Arizona Superior Court, in Coconino County.


Dee will be your initial contact and will handle my scheduling and appointments.  She will receive any inquiries or consultation requests through the links provided below.
